Both just image files containing the QR code that will redirect the Snapchat users to your Snapchat profile so they can follow you.
You can upload any of these images on your website by going to Media>Add New and using that wherever you want, be it on posts, pages or sidebar.

Add It Using Snapchat Snapcode Widget
If anyhow, the first method doesn’t work for you or you don’t like it! Then there is another way to add the Snapcode in WordPress.
Install the Snapchat Snapcode Widget plugin by going to Plugins>Add New from your WordPress admin dashboard.

Once the plugin is installed and activated on your site, go to Appearance>Widgets and add a new widget by clicking on the + button there.
Now search for the Snapchat Snapcode widget from the available widgets list.
Click on the widget to add that to your sidebar.
There will be some fields that you need to fill like the title and username. Also, you need to upload your Snapcode that you downloaded from the Snapchat Snapcodes site.
Once you are done, hit the update button at the top right corner to make the changes live on your site.
