Looking for a way to add your users to your Sendinblue subscribers’ list? If yes, then this post is for you.
WPForms is the best tool you should use for building forms in your WordPress website and this can also help you in adding your users to the Sendinblue subscribers’ list.
WPForms offers an addon for Sendinblue that you can use and easily subscribe, unsubscribe or delete your users from Sendinblue account each time a user submits your form on your website.
In this tutorial, I am going to make this easy for you. You just need to follow this tutorial to connect WPForms and Sendinblue.
Install & Activate WPForms
WPForms is the best WordPress form builder that makes it easy to build any kind of forms on a WordPress website. You don’t need to have the technical knowledge to create forms.
With WPForms, you can build following types of forms:
You can easily install the WPForms in your WordPress site by going to Plugins>Add New and search for the WPForms.
Click on the Install Now button to install the plugin and then Activate it.
To use the Sendinblue addon, you must have to purchase the Plus or above plan of WPForms.

Install Sendinblue Addon
Install the Sendinblue addon by going to WPForms>Settings and click on the Integrations tab.
Now click on the Sendinblue option to expand its settings. You’ll be seeing the + Add New Account option.
You will be seeing two fields where you need to add your Sendinblue account API key and nickname to connect it to your WPForms plugin.
You can easily find your Sendinblue account’s API keys by going to SMTP & API inside your Sendinblue account.
Here you can get your API keys…
You just need to copy it from here and paste into your WPForms settings. Paste your API key into the Sendinblue API Key field.
Then add a nickname to the Sendinblue Account Nickname field. This is for your internal reference only. It will help you to remember why you connected this account if you connect additional Sendinblue accounts later in future.
When you’re done with all the fields, click on the Connect to Sendinblue button.
You will see a green Connected status next to your Sendinblue integration as like the below image.
Add Sendinblue Integration To Your Forms
After connecting Sendinblue to WPForms, you’re ready to add Sendinblue to your forms built using WPForms.
If you don’t have a form created already then create a form using the pre-built templates by WPForms to save your time.
If you have forms created already then go to Marketing>Sendinblue within the form builder. Then, click on the Add New Connection button.
You will see a pop up where you need to provide a nickname to this connection. You can enter any nickname, it is just for internal use only.
You will see a dropdown to select the Sendinblue account you want to use if you have more than one Sendinblue account connected.
Select an account then under Action to Perform, you need to select the action you’d like to happen when users submit your form.
After selecting Action to Perform, you will see some additional steps that you need to configure.
You have to configure the following fields:
- Email:* Select the WPForms form field that will contain the email of users.
- New Email: Select the form field that would contain the user new email. This is required when updating an existing contact.
- List:* Select the Sendinblue list where you want subscribers to be added.
Once you made all the changes, don’t forget to save your form.
